This session, captured at one of my favorite locations, was such a beautiful combination of light, color and texture. I love shooting at this location because it offers me so much versatility in how I shoot – front light, back light, dappled light, light that’s great for B&W, silhouette….. This location has it all – and it’s just a simple field! With all the stunning backdrops we see on social media it can be easy to get down on your own environment. (There are no stunning cliffs and glorious waterfalls around here!) But even if mother nature has not blessed your landscape with a jaw-dropping backdrop, you just have to find the right combination of light and shadow and you’ll have all you need to capture the magic that is unfolding before you.
